The Online CEO club is a web-based training program designed to meet the needs of business owners, executives and senior managers who are in senior decision making roles for their business. Based on the same highly acclaimed business training and business coaching programs offered to business owners in our CEO Club and Entrepreneur’s Clubs, the Online CEO Club is an excellent option for anyone who live outside the geographic area of an Estrada Strategies Franchise. Our unique approach to web-based training and business coaching offers proven strategies and the opportunity to interact with other business owners in a facilitated peer group setting.
Business training for this program is delivered through a monthly 50 minute “Webinar” facilitated by an Estrada Strategies Business Coach.
Each online business training program includes:
- Interactive training on one of the elements of the “Core Disciplines of Business.”
The Core Disciplines of Business
- A printable workbook provided in PDF format 48 hours prior to the Online CEO Club session
- A live audio presentation link through conference calling
- Real time Q&A
Each member of this program also receives one on one business coaching from an Estrada Strategies qualified business coach. Each session includes:
- Facilitated coaching session led by an Estrada Strategies Certified Business Coach
- The opportunity to share specific business challenge with the group and get ideas from peers
- Live discussion of best practices and real world business solutions
- Follow up on “Action items” implemented from Session One
Members of the Online CEO Club also receive:
- The CEO Rule of the week – weekly email business tip to help owners understand and grow their business
- An account on the Estrada Strategies “Coaching Journal” to help CEO’s establish and maintain priorities.
- Ability to schedule additional one-on-one telephone or video coaching sessions with an Estrada Strategies Certified Business Coach. (Optional – Additional charges apply)
