Estrada Strategies, Knoxville was founded in 2005. After spending nearly a decade consulting with small business, the founder, Dr. Kevin Kragenbrink, was determined to change the model from consultant to business coach. His vision was to create opportunities for all businesses to succeed. That vision is being accomplished one business owner at a time.
We offer business coach programs and services to meet the needs of growth focused businesses from start up through 50 million a year in revenue. CEO’s and Presidents of businesses over 1 Million GAR are invited to apply for membership in the prestigious CEO Club program. Smaller businesses and startups are invited to join our Entrepreneur’s Club. We also offer web based or telephone coaching programs for owners who do not live near one of our offices. Dr. Kevin Kragenbrink is the owner and President of Estrada Strategies, Knoxville and the business coach for the CEO Club and Entrepreneur’s Clubs of East Tennessee. Dr. Kragenbrink has distinguished himself for more than 30 years as teacher, coach, entrepreneur, church leader, consultant and strategist. His background includes 6 years of military service, four years in large corporate organizations, more than 20 years in small business ownership and management and nearly 30 years in support of churches and other non-profit organizations. His record of success is matched by his passion to contribute to the success of the business owners and executives he now serves.
By all accounts Kevin is an inspirational, gregarious, and insightful speaker; a powerful business coach; an effective teacher and consultant; and a talented vocal performer. He is acclaimed by friends, colleagues and clients alike as a powerful, understanding, compassionate leader and motivator.
When he is not working or speaking, Kevin enjoys playing guitar and singing, camping and hiking and home renovation and remodeling projects. Kevin is married to Kimberlee. They have a son, Cole who is 2 years old and a second son, Zane who is now 1 year old. The Kragenbrinks live in Maryville, TN.
