The “Business Analysis” is an opportunity to look at your goals, both business and personal, and develop a road map for the future of your business.  You will spend 2-3 hours with an Estrada Strategies Business Coach and identify your goals, your challenges, your Key Performance Indicators, and the most pressing and urgent needs of your business.  Together with your Business Coach, you will craft a plan for prioritizing your business growth and improvement strategies.

Strategic Planning

The Estrada Strategies Strategic Planning process is an in-depth process used to help you define your goals and objectives for the future and to develop action plans to achieve those goals and objectives.  During the strategic planning process you will look carefully at your goals, business and personal, the strategies you have used in the past to achieve those goals, and the results you have achieved.  You will work with your Estrada Strategies Coach and your business team to develop a plan outlining your strategic and tactical objectives for the next year, or longer.

During the strategic planning process your Coach will walk you through a complete analysis of the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) you face.  The Coach will guide you through the data collection process, help to identify key areas of need, and provide feedback to you and your team to help you develop the best possible long-term strategic plan.

To accomplish this process you will need to invest 16 – 20 hours of your time and up to 16 hours of your management team’s time.  Investing in this planning process will often save you countless hours and thousands of dollars as you build your business.

Budget Planning

Many small to medium sized businesses operate without a clear budget plan.  Because of this, owners often do not have a complete understanding of how their financial results are matching up with clearly defined goals and objectives.  The Estrada Strategies budget planning process leads the business owner and their key managers step by step through the budgeting process.  The result is a complete budget with clear and measurable goals that is fully supported by every member of the management team.

The budgeting process will require you to invest 10 to 20 hours of time and your team to invest 10 to 15 hours of their time to complete the budget plan.
