That is why I suggest that you use an evaluation model built around specific and measurable expectations.  You can do this with both willingness and ability if you take the time to include the expectations in the job description and you make sure the employee understands them.  This process makes employee evaluation more objective and gives everyone involved a clear path to determine success.]]></description>
